COMTO Washington is thrilled to announce our keynote speaker for this year’s Gala – Elmer Dixon! Elmer is a long-time civil rights leader based in Seattle and President of Executive Diversity Services. Elmer has won multiple awards around the globe and is a published author.

This is a celebration, after all! We will be rewarding scholarships to deserving students and handing out awards to several of our Washington State Chapter members and partners.
The Annual Gala serves as the primary fundraising mechanism for COMTO WA's scholarships to support students pursuing careers in transportation-related fields. We hope to see you there.
