Sound Transit is advancing the development of the Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) South, a critical infrastructure project that will support the agency’s expanding Link light rail system. The OMF South will serve as a hub for storing, maintaining, and dispatching light rail vehicles. There will be opportunities across a wide range of scopes—from civil construction and site work to specialized mechanical systems and professional services. Diverse business participation is a priority, with strong emphasis on inclusion of DBE, SBE, M/WBE, and veteran-owned businesses.
